MISSION

Since 1878 we have developed the market of preserved cod with all its different kinds of processes (saltfish and stockfish). A route which starts from the cold and uncontaminated North seas, in order to reach our tables, with a rich selections of typical recipes of the various Italian Regions.
We keep selecting the best, with deep knowledge and full respect to quality and tradition.

To be the reference Company for the improvement of healthiness of human diet. To widen the information and increase the consumption of stockfish and saltfish by processes which match technology with tradition.
