To celebrate its 130th anniversary, Unifrigo Gadus SpA comes to the market with an exclusive and innovative project, which has become operational after an accurate study of about 2 years.
Unifrigo Gadus’s offer is characterized by a wide selection of de-salted and rehydrated products ready to be cooked: the "Pronti in Tavola"


De-Salted Codfish:

Small pack of uncut fillets, weight between 600 and 700 grams, “Convenienza Famiglia” pack

Pack containing uncut fillets, fixed weight 5 kilos. 5.

Small pack of uncut fillets, weight between 300 and 400 grams, “You & Me” pack

 

Specifications and characteristics

Respect of the tradition, a new purpose-built laboratory, kitted out for the particularities of the new production; the systematic check of the standards of our “exclusive” industrial process; the utilization of the most innovative and best performing packing materials, which allow to achieve an ideal production standard. It guarantees our products a shelf-life of between 15 and 20 days, depending on the format and the grams per square metre.
The rehydrated stockfish is either prepared in one “slice” (whole fish), or in “baffa” (half fish cut open along the bone).
